Where Plastic Shuttering Sheets Are Used

Shuttering boards are the temporary moulds that hold wet concrete in shape while it sets and cures, then come off once the concrete has strength. Ecoright boards are used for columns, beams, walls, slabs and foundations. Because the board is waterproof and releases cleanly, it suits work where the concrete finish is visible and where the same formwork has to move quickly from pour to pour.

Ecoright plastic shuttering starts at ₹50 per square foot, ex-works Indore. An 8×4 ft board is 32 sq ft, so a 12 mm recycled plastic shuttering sheet works out to roughly ₹1,600 per board. The rate moves with thickness, sheet size and order quantity — standard 8×4 ft boards are the cheapest because the moulds are ready, and non-standard sizes are cut to order.

What the rate includes: the board itself, cut to a standard 8×4 ft sheet with a smooth finish, in the thickness you order, ex-works our Sanwer Road plant in Indore. What it does not include: freight to your site, which is quoted separately and confirmed before payment, and GST.

For comparison, 12 mm shuttering plywood is listed across India at roughly ₹40–₹80 a square foot, with most quotes between ₹45 and ₹65, and it is finished after 5–8 pours; a plastic board at ₹50 a square foot keeps going, which is where the cost per pour separates.
