AS Polywood Industries manufactures recycled plastic pallets and supplies them across India from its plants at Sanwer Road, Indore and Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh. Price is on request: send your size and quantity for a quote. The Ecoright range covers 10 industrial variants in PP, HDPE and recycled plastic, plus 14 catalogue sizes of dunnage and solid-top pallet rated at 5 tonne static and 2 tonne dynamic load. Standard footprints are 800×1200, 900×900, 1000×1000, 1100×1100, 1200×1000, 1200×600, 1200×900, 1200×1200, 1500×600 and 1500×900 mm, with 1-way, 2-way and 4-way forklift entry and custom sizes made to drawing. Ten rubber-wood and pinewood variants are supplied alongside for buyers who still need them.

What a quote includes: the pallet in the size and thickness ordered, ex-works our Indore or Pithampur plant. What it does not include: freight to your site, which depends on destination and quantity and is confirmed before payment, and GST. Custom sizes are quoted against your drawing.
Plastic Pallets or Wooden Pallets
A wooden pallet is cheaper to buy. The difference shows up in service life. Wood takes up water, so it swells and warps, and it is open to termites and fungus. A recycled plastic deck does not absorb water, cannot rot, and washes down instead of soaking, which is why it is the usual choice for food-grade and export storage.

Dunnage and Solid Top Pallet Sizes and Weights
Three catalogue ranges, 14 sizes in all. Every size in all three carries the same 5 tonne static and 2 tonne dynamic load rating; what changes is the deck build and the weight. All are waterproof, termite and fungus resistant, UV resistant and washable.

How much load does a plastic pallet carry?
Every size in the ISO 16058, heavy duty and solid-top ranges is rated at 5 tonne static and 2 tonne dynamic load. The industrial plastic and HDPE pallets are rated up to 2 tonnes.
Do you supply plastic pallets outside Madhya Pradesh?
Yes. We deliver across India by road from our Indore and Pithampur plants. Freight depends on destination and quantity and is agreed with you before payment.
