Paver Block Pallets

Plastic Pavers or Paver Block Pallets — Which One Do You Need?

These two get searched interchangeably, so it is worth being direct. A plastic paver or plastic paver tile is a finished surface block you lay on a path. A paver block pallet is the plastic plate a machine presses concrete pavers on to. AS Polywood manufactures the pallets used by paver plants — if you run a paver machine, this is your page. If you make cement blocks or fly ash bricks, the equivalent pallets are linked there.

Plastic vs Wooden Paver Pallets

Plastic Blocks and Recycled Plastic in Paver Plants

Beyond the pallet, the same recycled plastic is pressed into sheets and PVC shuttering boards used around the same plants. Every one of these plastic blocks and boards is made from post-consumer waste at our Indore factory, which is why a paver plant switching from timber usually switches its pallets, its formwork and its dunnage at the same time.

Plastic Paver Block Pallet Price

Ecoright paver block pallets are ₹30 per square foot ex-works Indore. An 8×4 ft board is 32 sq ft, so that is about ₹960 a pallet; a 4×4 ft board is 16 sq ft, about ₹480. The 800×1200 mm moulded pallet is priced per unit instead.

What the rate includes: the pallet cut to your machine's board size in the thickness you order, ex-works Indore. What it does not include: freight to your plant, quoted separately and confirmed before payment, and GST. Thickness runs 8, 12, 18, 20, 25 and 30 mm — send the size your paver machine takes and we cut to it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a plastic paver block pallet?

It is the flat plate a paver block machine presses the concrete onto. The wet pavers cure on the pallet and are lifted off it, so the pallet has to stay flat and stay dimensionally stable through thousands of cycles. Ecoright paver block pallets are made from recycled PVC and HDPE composite and deliver 10,000+ working cycles.

Is a plastic paver block the same as a paver block pallet?

No, and this is worth checking before you order. A paver block is the finished concrete product laid on a road or driveway. A paver block pallet is the plastic plate used inside the machine to make those blocks. AS Polywood manufactures the pallets, not the concrete pavers.

What sizes are available?

Standard sizes are 8×4 ft (2440×1220 mm) and 4×4 ft (1220×1220 mm), in 18 mm and 25 mm thickness. Custom sizes are cut to match your paver machine.

How many cycles does a plastic paver pallet last?

10,000+ working cycles, proven in high-output paver plants, against roughly 300 to 500 cycles for a wooden pallet. That is the number that decides cost per cycle, not the price per piece.

Why does the surface need to be anti-skid?

Freshly pressed pavers must not shift while they cure. The anti-skid surface holds the blocks in position on the pallet through handling and stacking, which protects the edge quality of the finished paver.

What is the minimum order quantity?

200 pieces. Custom sizes for your paver machine are quoted on request — call +91-9826906262.

Do you deliver paver block pallets across India?

Yes. Direct factory supply from Sanwer Road Industrial Area, Indore to all states, with freight confirmed before payment.
