That board takes above 10,000 working cycles, so at ₹275 the pallet costs under three paise a cycle — which is the number worth comparing against a wooden board that is finished in a few hundred.

What the rate includes: the pallet in the standard 900×450 mm size and 30 mm thickness, ex-works our Sanwer Road plant in Indore. What it does not include: freight to your plant, quoted separately and confirmed before payment, and GST. Non-standard sizes are cut to your block machine's mould and quoted on the drawing.

How long do they last against wooden pallets?

10,000+ working cycles against a wooden pallet's few hundred. Wood also absorbs cement slurry and swells, which shifts block dimensions; the plastic pallet holds its thickness.
