2. Products and prices
Prices are in Indian Rupees and apply to the unit shown next to the price, for example per sq ft. Products marked “Free delivery”, such as fly ash brick pallets, are delivered free across India. For other products, freight is not included in the price. Our team confirms it before you pay, as explained in our Shipping Policy.
3. Orders
Placing an order on this website is a request to buy. Our team will contact you to confirm the order and the freight. The order is confirmed when we receive your payment.
We may decline an order, for example if a price was shown wrongly. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount.
4. Payment
Payment is by bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS). No payment is taken on this website. We share our bank details only from +91 98269 06262 or aspolywoodindustries@gmail.com. Do not pay into an account that anyone shares from any other number or email address.
5. Delivery
We deliver across India within 15 days of order confirmation. See our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns, replacements and refunds
If a product arrives damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 15 days of delivery. You will get a free replacement or a full refund. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
