Where we deliver
We deliver across India.
Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 15 days of order confirmation. An order is confirmed when our team has agreed the freight with you and received your payment.
If we cannot deliver within 15 days, we will tell you. You can then choose to wait or to cancel for a full refund.
Freight charges
Free delivery: products marked “Free delivery” on this website, such as fly ash brick pallets, are delivered free across India.
For other products, website prices do not include freight. Freight depends on your delivery location and the quantity you order. Our team will tell you the freight amount before you pay, and you pay only after you agree to it.
Dispatch
We dispatch goods by road from our factories in Indore and Pithampur (M.P.) to the address you give at checkout. We share the dispatch details with you once the order leaves our factory.
At delivery
Please check the goods when they arrive. If anything is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt. Report it to us within 15 days of delivery, as explained in our Refund & Returns Policy.
